My Approach

I offer flexible options to suit your needs, including Zoom meetings or face-to-face sessions in our warm and comfortable space in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Each session lasts up to one hour, with individual sessions priced at £60 and couples sessions at £85. I am available Monday to Wednesday during daytime hours, ensuring you can find a convenient time to focus on your well-being.
In addition to therapy sessions, I provide supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists. Supervision sessions are designed to support your professional development and are available at £60 per hour or £85 for 90 minutes.
It’s important to remember that therapy is a collaborative process that requires daily work and commitment from the client. Developing new patterns of thought and behaviour takes time and effort, but with consistent dedication, you can achieve meaningful and lasting change.
