I am a registered member of of BACP of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited Member of IPTUK, with a background that includes working with the NHS, hospices, and various counseling services. My qualifications encompass a range of therapeutic techniques, including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy. This diverse expertise allows me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I offer supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions in my warm and comfortable space or virtual meetings via Zoom, I am here to support you on your journey towards better mental health.
